Today I took a long bike ride because grandma had Daniel for the afternoon.
My goal was to ride from home to Lake Miramar, around the lake, and then back home. Rather than travel down Mira Mesa Blvd with a good portion of the commute traffic, I opted for an alternate, parallel route, with only slightly less traffic (everyone with a car who doesn't want to go down Mira Mesa Blvd). Most of it consists of Gold Coast Dr. At the time I went, there was a fair bit of traffic, and LOTS of stop signs.
